In this video, we compare the old Software model, Perpetual License (CD-in-a-box model) versus the newer SaaS model, to evaluate which is better from the customer's point of view. We draw an analogy from nature - we discuss the most poisonous animal in the world to learn about an important difference between the two Software models.
